Visoto Lyaileni Basics known as VLB is a 100% Fijian humanitarian, non-profitable, focused on and a non-governmental charitable trust organization.

„The Project of the Heart“ was born and proclaimed in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, in March 2016, and it was eventually incorporated in Suva, Fiji Islands, on October 8, 2025. The originator saw this initiative as a life goal.

The organization's primary goal is to offer preschoolers in rural village communities basic early childhood education (ECE), particularly for the island of Ovalau and the Lomaiviti Group.

Our Goals. Children are the leaders of our tomorrow and creating human capital begins with them.

Preschool-aged children in rural areas are seen to be among the most susceptible in Fiji's educational system. Each and every youngster in the rural areas deserve a chance in life to a meaningful future.

As a team, we work to raise awareness of the value of early childhood education that incorporates cultural and environmental goodness and gives every child the chance to develop and embrace their individual potential.

Regardless of gender, race, religion, or ethnicity, as a national non-profit organization, we are here to support these kids and their families, particularly in rural areas and within the village community.
